Similar to costing, the timeframe for implementation varies on complexity and the number of web pages and blog posts. We give as much latitude as we possibly can. After you’ve identified the general format and color schemes of your preferred design, we’ll complete up to 2 rounds of major revisions at no charge. All minor revisions are provided at no charge.

The Pay as You Go Plan: Call us when you need to add to or make a change to your content. We’ll complete your request within 48 hours, and bill you at our standard hourly rate. Urgent requests can generally be completed within a few hours for an additional charge.
Ongoing Maintenance Plan: Sign up for one of our ongoing maintenance plans, and you’ll receive a discount on our standard rates.
Content Management System (CMS): Purchase a Content Management System from Bruce Marcia and Associates and make all the changes you want. Perfect if your site requires frequent updates.
It is helpful to us if you are able to provide text and photographs in electronic form – for example, the files output by a digital camera and the copy in MS word, PDF or similar format. If this is not possible, we can help get your information ready for use on the website. We will also provide you instructions on how to upload the material via FTP or email.
No. We discuss with you your website requirements and then price accordingly and once you have placed an order for your website design with us, we work hard so that the outlined price quote is strictly adhered to. Web design is very much an evolutionary process and often clients change the scope of a project once underway. If the need to alter the price quote arises, we will communicate this to you before any extra work is started. I changes and/or additions are requested by the client additional costs will be agreed to.
There are many different methods which can be used to update websites. The method you choose and the functionality we build into your website design is solely up to yourself and your budget restrictions. If you have a small website consisting of just a few pages and will only wish to make changes very infrequently, then usually it is more cost effective simply to ask Yucatan Design to carry out these changes for you. Other methods which are frequently chosen are largely dependent upon how much data or information and pictures you have and how you store this information at present.
We can provide an on line content management system where you can either update individual products/pages/services or particular sections of your website. e.g. company news.
Alternatively we can provide functionality such that you can upload your entire product ranges to the website in one action using spreadsheets etc. We can also add databases if you wish.

We would prefer to see you hosting your sites with us but its not required at all. Our web design packages are designed to offer you a completely stand alone product then anything else within our company. After your design is completed feel free to host it with any company that you feel matches your needs. Please note that large websites may require sufficient amounts of memory and using shared hosting services are not advisable.
